We turn them into a beautiful blanket!

Of course we could make fur coats, jackets and vests from your tanned furs, too.

Marten furs, raccoon furs, fitch furs etc. are very suitable, too!

Succeedingly I will try to give you an idea how such a fur blanket is made.

We thoroughly clean every fur before processing it.

We use a special cleaning method exclusively for furs.

After cleaning the furs we check them for damage!
When all damages are repaired, we moisturise the furs and fix them in an as square form as possible. This process is called "zwecken"
After drying, the furs are sorted by colour and arranged to a suare.
This square is not even and has to be "gezweckt" for a second time.
Now the blanket is almost finished!
On the leather side of the fur we press on a special fabric! That stabilizes the blanket and protects it from ripping and wearing out.
Now the blanket will be cut in your desired size.
Before we attach the lining, the blanket will be cleaned for one more time, to free it from loose hairs
